Cardamom
Our Archaka trading is engaged in offering flawless cardamom to our esteemed customers. Cardamom is a highly prized spice known for its aromatic qualities and versatility in cooking. It’s used in a wide range of dishes, including curries, rice dishes, desserts, and baked goods, as well as in beverages like coffee and mulled wine. There are two type of cardamom
I) Green Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum): This is the most common type of cardamom and is native to India and Southeast Asia. Green cardamom pods are small and light to dark green in color.
II) Black Cardamom (Amomum subulatum): Black cardamom is native to the eastern Himalayas and is also found in parts of China and Nepal.
